Diapers for an incontinent teen?

We have tried the wetness alarm, no results. Wets the bed every night. She is 16 and has about a 28 inch waist, she refuses to wear the "old people" ones, but soaks right through the goodnites we bought. Is there anything in the way of a compromise? Or am I just gonna have to convince her to wear the "old people diapers" (that'll be a fun conversation -_-)
