Strange wetness inside of head?

I am 16 years old, female and i was playing volley ball in my school gym and when i hit the ball very hard i felt a snap, like when you snap a piece of airheads, and felt a wetness INSIDE of my head. It was really unnerving and scary i thought i was having an stroke. Any way i told my gym teacher and she said that i probably stretched a muscle (??) which didn't make any sense. It happened again today and i really don't know what the hell is going on. There is no pain with it but a strange tingling sensation afterward. if anybody could help me understand what this is, and if i need to go to a doctor or not? that would be great.
