Ortho tri cyclen lo questions and possible pregnancy?

So I have always been interested in birth control, and I have been responsible and have NEVER had sex without a condom, I have also been tested for STDS. I told my boyfriend that I was going to get on birth control to be extra careful, so we had sex on may 16th with a condom, and he finished inside me, but he got me paranoid because he said he felt some wetness on his b****. I thought it could just be me, but I decided to go to planned parenthood to get plan B anyways. They called me in and I was gonna take the plan B and then start the birth control (OTCL) - I have taken plan B before but I am a first time user on OTCL- but the nurse advised me that I should be fine if I started taking it that same day.The pamphlet also said to start taking it the day of my period, but I started taking the pill on that day and I had JUST finished my period on that day and was very light (may 16th) So I started taking the birth control on the may 16th maybe an hour or two after we had protected sex. That was 4 days ago so I have taken 4 birth control pills. I always seem to get really paranoid, and thats why I decided to get on BC to be extra protected. What are your thoughts on this? Could I still get pregnant or am I fine? Should I wait a month to have unprotected sex with my boyfriend, or a week like the pamphlet says? Please only serious answers I don't need a lecture on STDS I feel like I have been responsible being sexually active. Thoughts and advice on any users on OTCL are much appreciated :D
