Sometimes when i wear tampons there is wetness on my panties but its not blood, this happen to anyone else?

Im wondering if this is only me this is happening to, when i wear tampons sometimes i have wetness in my underwear and its not blood? and its not pee either lol, its just wet. like ill go to the bathroom then see this wetness thats not blood. and i think, uhhh whats that from? well hopefully im not alone haha,
