Why we should not call back our elected representatives from house if they are not representing us ?

The elected and nominated representatives if failed to represent common mans issue why they should not be called back? Recent statements of Digvijaysingh and Kapil Sibbal on Anna hazares Lokpal bill draft for running parallel Govt. are to be condemned. No one is superior to public to comment like that. Ministers are not bosses they have to work for those who have elected them.
